NRC’s building division has been created to service the needs of clients who require an individual task or full turnkey service. We bring in all the services that NRC offer into one pot to ensure one point of contact for ease of programming and no miscommunication between trades giving total satisfaction.
NRC also provide a service for those smaller painstaking little jobs that just need to be dealt with on an urgent basis. We have a dedicated management team that specialise in diverse areas of work such as schools, hospitals, universities, domestic, and commercial environments each of which carries its own problems and idiosyncrasies.
NRC has worked in these sectors for many years and have a growing list of clients who regularly return for our services. We also have a policy of updating our resources, technical knowledge and H&S legislation & truly believe that being ahead of the game is paramount in today’s market as clients need a modern approach and up to date products, economically designed and environmentally friendly that are fit for purpose.
Our operatives are qualified in each service that we provide, all backed up with formal training, CSCS accreditation, NVQ certification & CRB checks as required. Our management team have over 75 years of practical experience which when added to our operatives experience ensures that not many stones are left not been unturned. Understanding the need for Health and Safety is one of the prime directives that NRC’s board of directors insist upon to ensure all sites are risk assessed and regulation criteria met. We offer full principal contracting duties to CDM standards which can be incorporated into our service schedule as the needs of the site require.
Many of our clients require scheduled works that give the minimum down time and disruption. NRC have found in the past one of the biggest headaches for clients is ensuring that all of the required trades work together at the correct time, on time & within budget.
With one contractor there is no such problems as ‘site not ready’ – ‘minimal work required’ – ‘other trades in our way’ etc… all our trades are in house so organising is not a problem, even with the sometimes minimal amount of works required from a trade – we can incorporate all of this and more into our programmes.
