This was a barn conversion project for a hotel that was undertaken for a local contractor. The time scale for this project was limited due to the arrival of paying guests meaning we had to coordinate our works with other trades. We attended weekly program meeting with the main contractor, architect and client for problem solving and labour requirements. All works were handed over on time and snag free to the delight of the Client.
All Ceilings and Walls were re-plastered, with new timber Doors, Frames and Skirtings. We used the Crown Scrubbable Matt paint system for the Walls and Ceilings. This product is a hard wearing paint system which enables the surface to washed and wiped clean. In the en-suite bathrooms we hung a feature wall paper to the window wall. All the woodwork was finished in oil based Satinwood.
