The Bessemer was in a bad state having been last painted several years ago with the wrong type of paint, it also had an open top which not only allowed the weather in but also the pigeons. NRC shot blasted the whole structure which stands up to 40ft high and then applied the recommended coating while enabling our own in house engineering staff to construct a lid to protect the open top. The end result is that the Bessemer is once again an excellent and attractive first exhibit that people visiting the museum see, it sets the tone for the rest of their visit. Thank you NRC for doing a great job on time with minimal disruption to normal museum activity.

Can I record my thanks on behalf of B.Braun Medical for the fantastic effort and support we received from Dan O'Brien over the past few days.
We knew we were on a very tight time-frame in getting the re-wiring of the Distribution Board completed during a site shut down here at Thorncliffe Park over the weekend, and we have to say that Dan delivered us a fantastic service. Being on site from 6:00AM on the Saturday until 10:45PM due to unforeseen issues with our main contractor, and back in the morning at 6:30AM to ensure the board was fully tested ready for us to resume normal business as soon as possible was to say the least fantastic dedication and commitment.
Thanks again for your assistance and support. I am also aware you being in contact with Dan throughout the entire duration of the work ensuring his well being.

Our sincere thanks are due to the staff of NRC Services for their excellent work in steam cleaning and re-sealing the stone floor at the West end of our church. Some of the stains they encountered were deeply ingrained but no-one could have achieved a better result than they did. Our ancient church is a Grade II* listed building, so all work has to be carried out to very exacting standards and with sensitivity to nearby artefacts. NRC staff have shown themselves more than capable of doing this. My colleagues and I were particularly impressed by the willingness of NRC management and staff to go the extra mile to ensure the best possible outcome. "In four years time, we will be celebrating our 400th Anniversary and we intend to celebrate in style! The first thing we wanted to do was renovate our 'Old Banqueting Hall'.
The current decoration was old and tired, there was some structural work that needed looking at and the electrics were out of date. I knew that NRC Services had the expertise to take on this large project. They Installed stunning new lighting, re-decorated in sympathetic colour schemes and installed a new audio system.
Because the hall is Victorian, it required delicate and intricate restoration work so we had to bring the right team in to undertake this task. I have called upon NRC many times over the last 8 years and i trust them implicitly. I was extremely confident that all I had to do was tell them what I wanted and then just leave them to do their job.

I wanted to mention how committed Paul Baker is to his role. He is always friendly, courteous and helpful. The day after his baby was born he came to see me at Goodwin Sports Centre. It was only after 10 mins of updating me on the emergency lighting system that Brett passed by and mentioned Paul's wife had just had a baby the previous day! It turns out that Paul dropped in to see me on his way to hospital. I soon shifted him out of the building but I really feel like this demonstrates a level of commitment that you don't often find and I wanted to pass this on. When I asked him why he was at work, he said that he likes to make sure that things are running smoothly and wanted to drop by to check on things.

I've just been to church to inspect the floor of The Crossing and it is really magnificent. I can hardly see the black staining anymore and the grooves from the scaffolding poles have almost disappeared too.
